How to read gematria numbers

Gematria is a system of assigning numerical values to words or phrases in order to understand their deeper meaning. The practice of using Gematria dates back to ancient times; various cultures and religions have used the practice as a means of interpreting sacred texts. It is believed that by looking at a phrase or word's numerical value, its underlying message can be determined with greater precision.

In modern usage, gematria numbers are used as a tool for understanding hidden concepts in texts or prophecies. They can also be used to gain insight into the symbolic meanings encoded in certain phrases or names.

If you are interested in exploring gematria numbers, here's a brief overview of what you need to know:

1) Before you begin using gematria numbers, familiarize yourself with the various numbering systems that are commonly used in Gematria calculations. The most common system used today is the Hebrew letter-numbering system, where each letter of the Hebrew alphabet corresponds to a numerical value between 1 and 400. There are other letter-numbering systems such as Greek and Chaldean but they are less commonly employed.

2) Once you have chosen your preferred number-letter system, determine which words or phrases you want to explore through Gematria calculations. Keep in mind that different numbering systems will assign different values to the same words – so choose the one that yields the most accurate values for your purposes.

3) To calculate an individual's gematria number, add up all of the numerical equivalents for each letter in the phrase or word; this sum will determine your gematria number for that term. For example, if we wanted to find out the gematria number for "love" (in Hebrew) we would add up each of its letters' numerical equivalent like so: 30 + 6 + 400 = 436. In this case, 436 would be our total gematria number for "love" expressed in Hebrew letters.

4) Once all of your Gematrian results have been calculated it is time to interpret their meaning through contextual analysis and reference materials like books on Gemetrian philosophy or symbolism dictionaries and encyclopedias specifically geared towards unlocking secret messages encoded in holy texts though numerical interpretation methods. Depending on which letters were involved and how they were valued under a particular numbering system, Gemetrians may also look at astrology charts made up of these figures as well!
